Revision week
Been MIA recently, but struggling to get enough study and exercise done means there’s no time to hang around Tumblr…
Just a quick update though. Weighed myself last Friday and I lost another lb! Except I’m pretty sure I’ve gained weight back because of my period makes me want to eat constantly urgh. Exam stress + period cravings = I basically become a monster.

Knackered and it feels so good
Today my double workout just melded into a massively long workout. Did more than 2 hours of kickboxing - 45 minutes of a cardio kickboxing gym class, then 1 and a half hours with the kickboxing club!
And between that I did 15 minutes of HIIT running, which I was absolutely awful at. It was supposed to be a 40 minute run but I could feel all the energy depleted from my legs after my 3rd high...

Double workout days
Today was the first day I got some exercise in in the morning AND in the evening! And man do I feel great! I’m going to try making this a weekly staple.
Bit late on in the month to be doing this, but I should write my November goals down.
In November 2012, I will:
Go gluten-free (have been since the 28th of October! Helps to have a gluten-intolerant flatmate☺)
